Your Growth, My Mission

My career is dedicated to bridging the gap between technical architecture and executive-level strategic execution. This approach is rooted in the understanding that AI and emerging technologies are no longer peripheral concerns for the IT department; they are central to the survival and growth of the modern enterprise. By positioning technology as a strategic asset, I help organizations move beyond simple implementation toward a holistic transformation of culture, operational efficiency, and long-term value creation.

Current Ventures

I focus on empowering organizations through both strategic building and high-level education:
Founder of Tech Advisory: I lead high-impact workshops designed to demystify AI and technology. Beyond these sessions, I provide strategic advisory to help leaders navigate the digital landscape and solve complex business challenges through automation.
Partner at Mitigate AI Services: We deliver tangible business value through innovative software and AI solutions. With a team of 70+ developers, I support the entire lifecycle—from initial prototyping to the full-scale deployment of autonomous agents and custom AI chatbots.
Guest Lecturer at Stockholm School of Economics in Riga & Hanken & SSE Executive Education: I teach technology and AI-related courses, such as the "Technology, Transformation & AI for Executives" program at SSE Riga. My goal is to equip leaders with the practical skills needed to lead their organizations through digital disruption.

Leadership & Past Experience

My expertise is built on over a decade of international experience across the Nordic, Baltic, and Asia-Pacific regions:

• KPMG Lighthouse: As the former Head of Data, AI, and Emerging Tech, I led the industrialization of AI across Sweden, Latvia, and Lithuania, moving beyond "experimental" projects to integrated, scalable systems.

• Public Policy & Governance: I previously served as the Head of the Data & Digitization working group at the Foreign Investors Council in Latvia (FICIL), where I advocated for national-level policy changes to modernize digital services and create a competitive legislative framework for digitalization.

• International Operations: My foundational experience includes leading the digitalization program for Siemens Healthineers in Australia and New Zealand, as well as managing plant development at Orkla Latvia.

The Ultra-Running Philosophy

Long-term technology transformation requires persistence and mental fortitude. I am a passionate long-distance trail runner, a pursuit to which I dedicate significant time. For me, trail running is about the journey; it allows me to stay healthy, focused, and enjoy nature in a unique way.

The trail running community is incredibly important to me, and I believe in giving back to the sport. This year, I volunteered to support the Latvian National Trail and Mountain Running Team during the championships in Canfranc, Spain. Serving as team support, I managed administrative tasks and assisted our athletes at various crew support points along the course.

In 2026 I set two personal running goals and reached both.
I ran the Rome Marathon under three hours, then finished the 86 km with 5,109 m of climbing Transilvania Ultra in 15 hours.

None of this happened overnight. I've been running consistently for 11+ years and prepared for the ultra over 1.5 years with a coach. With running there are no shortcuts — you put in the hours and, with a bit of luck, the result follows.

Next up are two more long runs this summer:
  • the Gauja Trail by UTMB (100 km) in early August 2026
  • UTMB OCC (60 km, 3,500 m+) at the end of August 2026.
Because why not keep challenging oneself.

I bring this same high-performance mindset to my professional life — navigating complexity with clarity, stamina, and a rejection of complacency.
