Eco Baltia Group AI Transformation / Growth Academy 2025

Eco Baltia, the largest environmental management and recycling group in the Baltics, recognised the need to approach AI transformation systematically rather than through isolated experiments. Together with Daniels Pavluts, we designed a hybrid transformation programme that combined top-level management participation with hands-on capability building.

A cross-functional executive task force set direction and sponsorship, while the six-month “Growth Academy” trained managers and specialists across group companies in AI methods, guiding them to develop and prototype practical use cases in manufacturing, operations, HR, and marketing. The result was a portfolio of 10 pilot projects, stronger internal skills, and an organisation-wide understanding of how to make AI transformation real and sustainable.

Coffee Address Group AI Capability Building

Coffee Address Group is the largest coffee company in the Baltics specializing in coffee solutions for various settings outside the home, including offices, commercial clients, HoReCa (hotels, restaurants, cafés), and on-the-go vending coffee.

Coffee Address engaged with me to equip their team members to explore and adopt AI tools effectively, enhance productivity and creativity, leveraging responsible data-driven insights across daily operations. The challenge was to move beyond awareness and establish practical, safe skills across the organization.

I designed an actionable capability building program and delivered three highly tailored training sessions and provided ongoing support to their teams. This approach focused on providing practical skills, realizing business value, and ensuring responsible, secure, and ethical AI adoption from the start.

The result was a team equipped with the necessary skills to start leveraging AI more in their daily life, driving data-driven insights, and positioning Coffee Address for sustainable future growth.

SSE Riga Technology, Transformation and AI

Executives today face a critical challenge: while personal AI tools are widely discussed, few programmes prepare leaders to scale AI adoption across organisations and drive real transformation. To address this gap, together with colleagues Igor Rodin, Rihards Garančs and Daniels Pavluts, we co-designed and delivered the Technology, Transformation and AI course at SSE Riga.

Over four modules and 2½ months, participants combined hands-on AI practice for personal productivity with a structured framework for leading organisational AI transformation — from strategy and governance to talent, processes, data, and change management. The course culminated with executives presenting either an AI roadmap or a practical use-case for their company, leaving them with both personal skills and actionable plans to guide their organisations into the AI era.

Tamro Baltics AI Capability for Management

Tamro Baltics, recognizing the transformative potential of AI across industries, sought to proactively equip its leadership teams with the tools and insights needed to stay ahead of the curve. The challenge was to move beyond theory and provide hands-on, practical skills for applying AI in real-life, market-specific scenarios across the Baltics.

They addressed this challenge by conducting AI workshops for Management teams in Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia. I designed and led sessions and ensured they are highly practical and focused on hands-on application with key tools, including Microsoft Copilot. The goal was to empower leaders to navigate the limitless possibilities of AI and drive innovation within their respective markets.

The result is a management team across the Baltics that is strategically equipped with essential AI skills, ready to lead the charge in utilizing new technologies to transform the pharma and health industry.

Testimonials Integrated into the Story:

Workshop at HR Week Latvia 2025

As part of HR Week Latvia, I led a practical workshop “Where does your role end and artificial intelligence begin in HR work?”. Participants explored the boundary between the role of humans and artificial intelligence (AI) in human resource management.

In the workshop, I highlighted the potential of AI, speaking about role shifts, work redefinition, and new perspectives on productivity. This was followed by active group discussions on which processes can be entrusted to technology and which will always remain under human responsibility.

Participants, representing both highly experienced AI solution users and those still looking for ways to integrate them into their daily work, reached a common conclusion – although AI can become a powerful ally and a tool for increasing efficiency in most HR processes, areas such as empathy and building a sense of belonging remain firmly in human hands.

A keynote at ABSL Latvia Summit 2025: “Is learning to use AI the same as learning any other technology?"

At the ABSL Latvia Summit, I will delivered a keynote to challenge a common assumption: is learning to use AI the same as learning any other technology? Drawing on real examples from corporate training, student education, and practical AI implementation, the kenote explored which traditional digital skills still matter — and where AI introduces entirely new learning demands. He will then will join the panel discussion “Funding the Future: Investing in Skills, Lifelong Learning, and Workforce Transformation,” contributing insights on personal growth, continuous learning, and building expertise in a rapidly changing world.

FAQ

Questions I hear in every boardroom

Generic training won'tThat’s why I don’t offer it. Before any engagement, I interview your key stakeholders to understand your specific workflow—whether that's leasing agreements, pharmaceutical compliance, or manufacturing logistics. The examples we use in the workshop will be your real-life scenarios, not generic internet templates.

I strongly recommend in-person sessions for the Workshops. The energy, engagement, and ability to troubleshoot hands-on tasks are significantly better face-to-face. However, for the initial Inspiring Keynote or follow-up Q&A sessions, online formats work very well to reach broader teams across different locations.

Perfect. I don't teach coding; I teach business capability. My sessions are designed for everyone—from HR and Marketing to Leasing and Logistics. We focus on how to talk to the AI (prompt engineering) and how to integrate it into daily workflows like email, reporting, and data analysis.

You work directly with me. I tailor every session to your industry context. I combine high-level strategy (for the C-Suite) with hands-on keyboard skills (for the workforce), ensuring practical strategies you can actually implement.

I work primarily with B2B companies in the Baltics and Nordics, ranging from Retail and Manufacturing to Real Estate and Pharmaceuticals. If your teams deal with complex information, documents, and communication, we are a fit.

Yes. A large part of my recent work focuses on helping organizations unlock the value of their Microsoft 365 investment. We go beyond the basics to show how Copilot can integrate across Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams to transform productivity.

Not necessarily for the Inspiring Keynote, but it might be recommended for the Workshops. The most value comes when your team can follow along on their own screens. If you haven't rolled it out yet, I can advise your IT leadership on the best configuration and settings to ensure a smooth and secure launch during our sessions.

This is the top priority for every CIO I work with. I don't just teach "how to use AI"; I teach "how to use AI responsibly." Every session covers data privacy, the difference between public and enterprise tools, and how to keep proprietary information safe while leveraging these technologies.

It depends on your maturity level.

  • Keynotes: High-energy sessions to inspire and align the organization.
  • Workshops: Hands-on, practical training for specific departments or management teams.
  • Advisory: Ongoing support to build internal AI competencies and policies.
  • Most clients combine a Keynote for the wider team with targeted Workshops for key departments.
